clean place, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. the bedroom was comfy and cheap. marvellous central location just off the centre of santa elena and santa elena. the food from the attached restaurant was excellent.

Quadruple room included a coffee machine and a kettle. The staff were very nice helpful and superfriendly at all times. This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the bus station, the centre of Santa Elena near all the restaurants and a big supermarket. Besides, the property was 5 km away from The Hungry Tree.

It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Useful base for staying in the middle of Monteverde. Extremely friendly, pleasant people working here. Good and perfect location, within easy walking distance of Frog Pond Ranario. Walking distance to a big supermarket and a supermarket across the street.

The building is nice and the rooms are spacious and big. The hotel is in a favourable and great location in the middle of the city. Santa Elena district is worth seeing. The attached restaurant is pleasant.

My room included coffee and a kettle. Private bathroom. The hotel's location was particularly good, near all the restaurants and shops with a large supermarket and a supermarket within walking distance. I ate at the attached restaurant near the property:)))

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was good and perfect and short walk to the centre of Santa Elena near all the restaurants and shops as well as early morning taxi. The property was located in the middle of the city. Excellent food in the attached restaurant was the best part.

Triple room was cheap. Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

By and large, it was welcome base for sightseeing in Monteverde, had much fun. All the employees were superbly friendly and extremely polite...

So wonderful to be in the center of Monteverde, favourable and perfect position. It's right next to Restaurante Mar & Tierra, where you can eat something. Great to have an attached restaurant on the premises.

Has favourable and unbeatable setting.

Overall the staff is very nice helpful.
